My name is Natasa Roufos, and I am the Broker of Record and Owner of Royal LePage Exchange Realty, Brokerage, with office locations in Kincardine and Port Elgin, Ontario. As a Broker/Owner, my primary focus is on building strong systems, recruiting exceptional talent, and providing ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to support the success of our REALTORS®. My greatest satisfaction comes from witnessing our REALTORS® achieve their goals and grow both professionally and personally. I am deeply committed to creating a collaborative, supportive environment where agents feel empowered to succeed and reach their full potential.
