Real Estate Broker and Accredited Senior Agent, Opal Hustins, is on the move. Her residential realty experiences have taken her eastward to towns like Bowmanville, Oshawa, Whitby and Ajax; westward to Shelburne, Bradford, Stroud, Innisfil and northward to Beaverton, Burnt River, Fenelon Falls, Orillia and more. York Region and Georgina are 'home base' - more familiarly known for the beautiful Lake Simcoe and towns such as Keswick, Sutton, Jackson's Point, Virginia, Pefferlaw, Udora, Queensville, Sharon, Mount Albert, Holland Landing, Newmarket...this is where Opal has serviced most of her residential and commercial clients. Prior to Opal's real estate career, she enjoyed more 'inside work' as VP Executive Assistant for 16 years with Pitney Bowes, Facsimile Systems Division, where structure, organization, and the ability to 'switch hats' at a moment's notice was the name of the game, and she thrived well. Opal's real estate career began in 1997 with a need to see 'how the other half thrived'. Opal is a full time Realtor and has held this position since 1997. It took a few years to establish a clientele and steady working base which has positioned Opal to continuously receive sales awards over the past 20 years. Amongst all of it, she has acquired her Accredited Senior Agent designation, elevated herself to Broker, acquired her Registered Fitness and Health Professional designation, and found time to raise 2 children. Opal is first to help out any new sales representative or a colleague and has been known to assist administratively with office staff...she knows where her roots are and is very proud of that!
