Hi, I’m Susan Colgate Owner & Managing Broker, Royal LePage Interior Properties! Real estate has been my passion for over 18 years, and I’m proud to have built a career focused on integrity, hard work, and helping people reach their goals. From earning consecutive MLS® Awards from 2011 to 2024 (based on BCNREB & MLS® stats) to opening my own brokerage, Interior Properties Real Estate, in 2014 — and later partnering with Royal LePage in 2023 — my journey has been all about growth, service, and community. I hold my Real Estate Trading Services License, Rental Property Management License, and Managing Broker’s License through UBC Sauder School of Business, and I specialize in both residential and commercial sales.
