With nearly 16 years of high-level production and hundreds of successful transactions behind her, Saira Reynolds now leads the Modern Real Estate Team as CEO. Her role has evolved from front-line listing specialist to strategic leader, supporting the sales team with deep expertise in pricing, marketing, negotiation, and business operations. Saira’s strength lies in seeing the bigger picture while attending to the finer details. She provides strategic guidance to the team, ensuring every listing is thoughtfully positioned and every client experience is rooted in care, clarity, and results. Her passion for staging means she’s still often found hands-on with clients during the preparation process, bringing warmth and vision to every home. Under her leadership, Modern operates as a truly collaborative team, where each member leans into their strengths and clients benefit from the collective knowledge and support of the whole. Saira continues to mentor and coach, both within the team and beyond, creating value not just through transactions but through education and long-term relationships. Born and raised in Victoria, Saira lives in Oak Bay with her husband and two children.
