Born in Hong Kong, George grew up in Richmond, started a family in Vancouver, moved to Coquitlam, and finally settled in Port Coquitlam. Through his journey, George found his home in the Tri-cities. George excels in project management, a skill he honed during his career in the windows and doors industry. He drafted and coordinated multimillion-dollar projects for high-rise condominium developments and luxury residential homes across the Lower Mainland and the United States. His keen eye for detail, strong communication, and organizational skills helped him thrive in a high-pressure environment where stakeholder decisions frequently changed, and deadlines were rigid. George completed a research-based Master’s degree at the University of British Columbia on the aesthetic protection of wood products exposed outdoors, where he became well-versed in data analysis. This expertise underpins the data-driven real estate advice he offers his clients. A highlight of George’s service is his ability to guide clients through real estate transactions.
