Professional Experience

As a residential and commercial real estate broker, Lynne represents property sellers and buyers in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. She is dedicated to listening to her clients’ needs and leveraging her strong negotiating skills, excellent communication, and professionalism to ensure the success of every transaction. Currently a Lake Brome resident, Lynne’s connection to the region began with the purchase of a cottage in West Bolton, Quebec, in 2003, leading her to relocate there full-time in 2010. She deeply appreciates the many benefits of life in the area: beyond breathtaking views of lakes and mountains, residents enjoy ski centres, golf courses, beaches, trails, cultural activities, and much more. One of Lynne’s most rewarding life experiences includes participating in several Habitat for Humanity builds across Canada, including an all-women’s build. These volunteer projects, alongside her involvement in real estate investment over the years, inspired her to pursue a career in real estate. Lynne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from Concordia University and spent fifteen years as an entrepreneur, providing web development services and managing the licensing of an online trading platform for the lumber industry. Her previous role as an Account Manager for a home decor manufacturer fueled her passion for all things home. Focusing on sales and business development, she built strong relationships with major corporate retail accounts, kitchen designers, and home staging professionals. Lynne’s diverse professional background, network, and residency in the region allow her to combine enthusiasm, expertise, and local knowledge, all of which she brings to every client relationship.
