Chantale comes from a family of builders and worked for several developers before becoming a real estate broker, so she can guide you towards project management for your self-build or other ways to build, she knows them all! In real estate and construction since 2004, her career has led her to run a construction company, coordinate an estimation service for a major builder, create and manage websites, provide administrative support for more than 40 employees, plan and manage national advertising campaigns, among others!!! She will guide you for your sale, purchase or investment by establishing a feasible strategy according to your objectives and the current market! In addition, her experience will be useful to you for the sale or purchase of your land, but she also has access to several mortgage lenders for residential, land and construction! Her academic career began with a D.E.C. in human sciences followed by university studies in accounting and marketing. She even passed the business start-up course! After her successful real estate broker course, she also successfully completed her real estate and mortgage agency manager certificate! Always on the lookout for new developments and to perfect her knowledge, she completed university in urban and real estate management as well as a multidisciplinary Bachelor's degree. Chantale Dallaire is a licensed residential and commercial real estate broker Certified AEO, and residential and commercial mortgage broker as well as certified in urban and real estate management and is also the founder of Groupe Immobilier Plus, Groupe Terrains Plus and Groupe Hypothèques Plus. When Chantale is not working you can find her relaxing in her yard alone or with friends. Otherwise she will be either at a restaurant, attending a show, singing karaoke or attending an opera!
