Professional Experience

I have been licenced since 1985 but joined the local Royal Lepage office in 2009. I am a consistent Award winner also earning the Lifetime Achievement Award. The Lockyer & Lotz Real Estate Team earned the Top Executive Circle award for 2024. I am involved in my church and community. After 30+ + years I still love what I do for a living so my special interests tend to be things that revolve around housing. That could mean learning more, visiting with clients/friends, or just checking out the web for new, exciting ideas. Last but not least, I enjoy spending time with my amazing adult son who has Down Syndrome. My personal experiences helped me be more understanding when helping families or senior clients who may have special needs while buying and selling real estate. My family takes an active interest in my career and is very supportive and knowledgeable about real estate. My success is, in large part, due to my husband, Garry, who held a real estate license for over 30 years but now works behind the scenes as my number one promoter.
