David began his professional real estate career in 2007 and has since been a consistent Top Producer and annual award recipient with both Royal LePage and the Victoria Real Estate Board. Most recently, he was recognized in the Top 2% of Royal LePage Canada and was honoured to receive the Award of Excellence. Since 2007, David has achieved nearly $250 million in property sales. Born in England and raised in Victoria, he has an in-depth knowledge of the local market and community. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, along with minors in Legal Studies and Psychology. Before real estate, David spent twelve years playing, coaching, and managing professional ice hockey in Europe. This experience provided him with invaluable skills in business, marketing, negotiation, and leadership. During this time, he was also actively involved in buying and selling real estate and became a property owner in his early twenties. David is also fluent in German. The discipline, work ethic, and commitment to excellence instilled through professional sport continue to guide David’s approach to real estate ensuring every transaction is handled correctly, efficiently, and with the highest level of care from start to finish. David is also deeply committed to giving back.
